Even so, our passion for working face-face with customers allows us to stay true to the tradition of how things were performed years ago.
Paula Kampa
Paula is passionate about providing insurance in the Little Falls area, where she was born and raised. Having been in our office since 1994 as a Licensed Agent, she became an owner in 2008. Working with our clients is what she loves most about her “job,” even though she doesn’t consider it a job when she has so much fun doing what she loves. Among many of her tasks at work, from office management to servicing policies, Paula handles a little bit of everything and does it with grace. In her personal life, she lives in Rice and enjoys spending time with her family, driving her “toy car,” and traveling the country, especially to her lake place.
Cassie Larkin
Cassie has been a part of this office for many years but became a full-time Licensed Agent and the Advertising and Marketing Manager in 2012. Although she left the office for a short period in 2018, she loves being back at our office and providing answers to anyone’s insurance questions. A SCSU graduate, she loves how each day is never the same and never goes as planned, however truly helping clients with any of their insurance needs is a highlight to her day. In her spare time, she stays busy keeping up with her two kids and watching her beloved Vikings.
Jacki Retka
Jacki is not just a friendly face that performs many tasks in our office but has been a Licensed Agent in our office since 2002. She grew up here in Little Falls and continues to be active in the community. She loves interacting with our clients and providing exceptional customer service on any policy, especially auto. She's an incredible asset to our office because she loves answering questions about policy coverage and helping her clients understand their insurance better. After cheering on her favorite hometown Flyers team in her free time, Jacki plays volleyball, volunteers at her local church, and helps with the Tri-Parish youth group.
Gabby Stoner
Gabby joined our team as a Licensed Agent in 2022 and has hit the ground running learning and becoming a fantastic asset to our Kampa Gerbi family. She truly enjoys making insurance easier to understand for our clients and prides herself on helping people protect the things they work so hard for. Gabby was born and raised in Little Falls and enjoys reading books, spending time with her kids and growing her beloved plants.
Jodi Doble
While Jodi has been a member of our team at Kampa Gerbi in the past, she most recently joined our team in 2022 as our Office Manager. She is the smiling face you see when you walk in our doors but also ensures our office is always running smoothly and efficiently. Her most common request she gets from clients is helping with ID Cards and loves helping our clients in any way she can. Jodi grew up in Little Falls and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her 4 kids.
Brenda Derosier
Since 2017, Brenda has been a part of our Kampa Gerbi Family. She is our data input specialist as well as does customer service tasks. She is a dedicated employee who enjoys the laughter and connections that she shares with her co-workers, bosses, and clients. Born and raised in Little Falls, Brenda enjoys spending her free time with her family and fur babies and going to her cabin and four-wheeling if she isn’t cheering on the Wild or Twins.
Formerly known as R.A Randall Agency, Kampa Gerbi and Associates has become the modern version of this insurance agency. Robert Anthony Randall founded R.A Randal Agency in 1934. He formed the agency to help the residents of Morrison County with their home, auto, farm, commercial, and health insurance needs.
In 1981 Dominic brought his son, Mark Gerbi, into the agency. By 1987 Mark became part-owner. Paula Kampa started with the agency in 1994 as a Customer Service Representative /Insurance Agent. In 2008 Paula became a partner to Mark Gerbi. Since no further generations of Randall’s joined the agency, a name change seemed fitting—thus, Kampa Gerbi and Associates was established.
